Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with every Rue Rue purchase.

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

For hygiene and quality reasons, used or damaged items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
